- What are the system requirements for deepClock?
deepClock requires macOS 13 Ventura or later.
- How do I install deepClock on a new Mac?
Simply open the App Store, find deepClock, and click the download button.
- Can I set two or more clocks on my desktop?
No. Currently you can have only single clock on the desktop.
- I can see deepClock has been updated but I am unable to download the latest version. What can I do?
First, try signing out of the App Store, restarting your Mac, then signing back in. After doing that, check the Updates tab in the App Store and try downloading the update again. If that doesn’t help, delete any copies of deepClock from your Mac and re-download the app from App Store.
- How do I apply for a refund?

- Is deepClock available for Windows?
deepClock is available for Mac only.
- Can I add designed by myself clockface to deepClock?
You cannot add any clockfaces to deepClock by yourself. If you want to see a clockface you have designed please Contact Us for more information.
- How to show or hide deepClock icon in menu bar?
By default, the deepClock icon is displayed in the menu bar for quick access to the Settings panel. To hide the application icon in the menu bar, open Settings Panel -> General and switch off the "Show deepClock in menu bar" option.
