This article explains how to find ByteforDEV apps crash report.

Open Console app

To open Console app click Launchpad icon on the Dock to open Launchpad and find Console app.

Find a crash report

When Consol app is opened on the left side of the Console window, click to choose the Crash Reports category.

• For find crash report about deepClock
  A deepClock crash report will start with the words 'deepClock2'. Click to select it.
• For find crash report about IconFly
  A IconFly crash report will start with the words 'IconFly'. Click to select it.
• For find crash report about PDF Attributes
  A PDF Attributes crash report will start with the words 'PDF Attributes'. Click to select it.
• For find crash report about RSS Follower
  A RSS Follower crash report will start with the words 'RSSFollower'. Click to select it.

Noties. If there aren't any crash reports, this means it did not quit unexpectedly but may have stopped responding. In that case, you may be able to find a spin report in the Spin Reports category.

Drag the crash report onto your desktop

Hod Option key and drag the crash report from the Console window to your Desktop. If there is more than one application crash report, you can drag them out one by one.

Attach the crash report to your response

Once you have a crash report on the Desktop, attach it to your email to us along with any other relevant information.
