The deepClock application stores its data within the macOS user Library. Because this directory is hidden by default please follow these instructions below to ensure the data is removed successfully:
- Open Finder on your Mac.
- In the menu bar at the top of your screen, select the Go menu.
- Press and hold the Option (⌥) key on your keyboard. This action will reveal the Library folder within the dropdown menu. Click on it to proceed.
- Within the Library, navigate to and open the Containers folder.
- Locate the folder associated with deepClock. (Note: In some versions of macOS, this may appear as Aperio-Lux.iClock or simply deepClock).
- Open the deepClock folder and navigate through the following path:
Data → Library → Application Support - Identify the following three files and move them to the Trash:
default.store
default.store-shm
default.store-wal
- Restart your Mac to allow the system to clear any cached file handles.
- Empty the Trash to finalize the permanent removal of the files.
Once these steps are completed, the deepClock storage will be entirely removed from your system.
